Please close the parasol after use (frequent wind)
Kindly close the gate after each passage

Pets are not allowed unless exceptionally approved
Presence of our cat Kanon on the property – please be mindful

🔥 Equipment
Barbecue available on request (charcoal not provided)
Bicycles available on request (use under guests’ responsibility)

🏊‍♂️ Swimming pool
The pool is freely accessible throughout your stay.
It is heated from late May to late September, depending on weather conditions.

We do our best to ensure you enjoy moments of calm and privacy.

It may occasionally be shared with the owners, always with discretion.

Please turn off lights, heating, and air conditioning when leaving
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
Please follow all safety instructions

🔑 Check-out
Keys must be returned
Property must be left clean and tidy

💳 Security Deposit
A security deposit is required via bank imprint (Swikly)
It covers any damage or breach of house rules

📝 Booking
Any reservation becomes confirmed only after:

• full payment of the stay
• validation of the security deposit via bank imprint

Dates are held for 48 hours pending payment
Without payment within this timeframe, the reservation is automatically cancelled

💳 Payment
Secure payment via our partner
The full amount of the stay is required at the time of booking

❌ Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable and fully due
Any refund request remains exceptional and is subject to the hosts’ approval after review of the situation

🔁 Modification
Any modification request is subject to availability
No rescheduling is guaranteed

⚠️ Special Cases
In case of force majeure, a commercial solution may be considered at the hosts’ discretion
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the hosts reserve the right to:

• terminate the stay
• without any refund

🛑 Cancellation by the Host
In the event of an exceptional unforeseen circumstance, a full refund will be issued
