We are Emma & Virgil, a passionate couple, deeply in love with our region and the connections it inspires.
In 2020, we fell in love with a property nestled in the heart of the Montagne Saint-Émilion vineyards. Composed of two traditional longhouses, it quickly became clear to us: this was the perfect place to create something that reflects who we are — a place dedicated to hospitality and sharing.
Inspired by our travels and our love of hosting, we carefully designed and renovated an intimate cocoon, imagined as a true escape from time. On July 30, 2021, Ô Petit Sarment opened its doors.
